Other tasks

  1. As you may have noticed, there is no book required for this class. A microphone, however, is required, and you will need to get one by Week 3. If you have a laptop that is less than 2-3 years old, chances are, a mic is built in. If not, computer microphones can be purchased at local retail outfits like Best Buy or Target for around $20. Amazon.com also has a microphone you might consider here.
  2. Follow your classmates on Tumblr and Twitter. The class lists are located here.
