Your research plan should include the name of the company you are going to analyze. Your abstract should be no more than 150 words, and it should explain the point of view you plan on taking for your paper.

Podcast Assignment #3 — Rhetoric and Music
In a 4-5 minute podcast, choose two songs that you find particularly rhetorical. Include clips of the songs in the podcast that will help you illustrate why those songs stand out to you with regards to their argumentative or persuasive powers.
Feel free to discuss the rhetorical implications of the lyrics, the music, the historical context or any other factors that contribute to the overall purpose of these songs.
Be sure to use only relevant clips of audio from the songs you choose. Barring extraordinary circumstances, these clips should not exceed 30-45 seconds in length. The bulk of this podcast should be your analysis of the music.
